2. This machine adopts an advanced steam heating system, which heats up quickly and keeps the temperature constant. Automatically control the temperature and pressure (vacuum degree), without overheating or overpressure, to ensure product quality and safe production.
3. The vacuum system adopts a high-efficiency condenser to ensure that the vacuum degree reaches -0.096MPa, which can shorten the processing time and improve efficiency. The de-oiling adopts variable frequency speed regulation, which is suitable for all products with low and high oil content.
4. The oil-water separation system can cool and separate the evaporated water and oil, reduce the pollution of water circulation, increase the repeated use rate of water, and reduce the loss of oil.
5. The frying basket adopts a round basket. The product is evenly distributed when de-oiling, without accumulation, dead corners, and adhesion. The basket is locked with a quick clamp, which is stable.
6. Oil filtration system: upper and lower oil tanks, double-chamber heating system, separate heating control, circulating oil filtration during frying, so that the grease is always kept clean and the waste of oil is reduced.
